She is not doing very well healthwise.  L41 Mega the oldest male in all three pods and his sister Calypso L94 were with us.

Lots of Resident whales were around today. There were plenty of Biggs Killer Whales T37A’s including “Floppy Top” T37A4 who has a bent dorsal fin.

Seabirds made a great showing today including Bald Eagles, KingFisher, Great Blue Heron, Cormorants, Murs, and Auklets.

We also saw Harbor Seals and Stellar Sea Lions.

In one of the Biggs pics, you can see a chunk of seal meat in the mouth of the whale just under the surface of the water.

Great day watching the L’s, J’s, 37A’s, 36B.  Follow me on Facebook to keep up with Scarlet’s condition.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text] [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
