New Lens First Shots

I was on about 10 waiting lists around the country and it showed up at Pro Photo Supply in Portland, OR. That gave me a reason to drive down and see my mom and bounce across the river to pick it up.

I had to give it a try before I made it home. These pics are taken late in the day this evening at the Anacortes Ferry Terminal.

I love it. I can hardly wait to get on the water Saturday and shoot some whales and orcas. Will post then and hope to improve my shooting and editing skills for better shots to come.
