We had a wonderful day on the water. The sun was warm, the sea was calm and we discovered Orca in Boundary Pass. We were the only boat with them for about an hour and a half just enjoying the show they were giving us.
There was breaching, spy hopping, rolling over each other, racing each other and more. It was non stop play time for these two pods. I could not make an ID so I was happy to hear that Dave with the Center for Whale Research was coming out to see them too. He wasn’t even there five minutes and knew who we were viewing.
