Our efforts today brought us Minke Whale & T37A’s Orca Pod in the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We had started our search heading south and found a couple of Minke Whales then another captain found a pod of Orcas just over the border in Canada. We took a gamble and headed that direction and fortunately they did come into USA waters so we could view them.
There were some cute seal pups today, several sea birds and a bright starfish.
