A great day to start the 2024 season. We saw lots of marine life, including the T49A pod of Bigg’s Orca. On the first tour the pod was hunting. Apparently shortly after our heading back to port, the pod made a stellar sea lion kill. What took place after was food in their bellies, they are feeling good and became very playful for the entire time on our second tour. We also got to see Ottis. Ottis is Laurel’s favorite buddy. He is a very cute sea otter, he was feeding on clams today.
