A pair of humpback whales in Bellingham channel started our tour off nicely. I was thinking I would head north to search for a pod of Orca that were reported earlier, but talking to a couple of the bigger boats up north, they were not searching because of rough seas. So we stayed south and ventured into Juan de Fuca Strait scanning for whales. We found a minke whale but he was elusive and no pics. The water in Juan de Fuca was fine, in beautiful conditions.
