We watched them play near Swirl Rock, then moved on and returned later to see them hunting at Strawberry Island inside Deception Pass.

We also wandered down to Smith Island to try and spot Ottis, but there was no sign of him. It is a big kelp patch to swim around in, though. We did see a tufted puffin in our search for the sea otter.
