A couple of the sea lions were playing around, is it still called Horse Play when it is a couple Lions? J36 Alki Breaches For Us

J47 Notch was one of the first Killer Whales I saw today. He is an 8-year-old son of Tahlequah. I was hoping that the whale who breached a couple times for us was his mom. J35 Tahlequah who recently lost her calf and carried her baby girl around on her head for 17 days.

In my pics, you can easily identify Notch because of the rectangular shape that is missing from the back of his dorsal fin.

As it turns out it was J36 Alki who was breaching for us. I did get a pic of J35 Tahlequah and was happy to see she is still with us.

We also saw J19 Sachi in our group and J26 Mike a big male.

I saw a couple types of Jellies. A Moon Jellyfish and an Egg Yolk Jellyfish. And what an absolutely beautiful day to be on the water[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Spirit of Orca 20180903 33Spirit of Orca 20180902 4Spirit of Orca 20180902 3Spirit of Orca 20180902 2Spirit of Orca 20180902 1Spirit of Orca 20180903 34 Spirit of Orca 20180902 10Spirit of Orca 20180902 9Spirit of Orca 20180902 8Spirit of Orca 20180902 7Spirit of Orca 20180902 6 Spirit of Orca 20180902 15Spirit of Orca 20180902 14Spirit of Orca 20180902 13Spirit of Orca 20180902 12Spirit of Orca 20180902 11 Spirit of Orca 20180902 16Spirit of Orca 20180902 20Spirit of Orca 20180902 19Spirit of Orca 20180902 18Spirit of Orca 20180902 17 Spirit of Orca 20180902 21Spirit of Orca 20180902 26Spirit of Orca 20180902 25Spirit of Orca 20180902 23Spirit of Orca 20180902 22 Spirit of Orca 20180902 27Spirit of Orca 20180902 31Spirit of Orca 20180902 30Spirit of Orca 20180902 29Spirit of Orca 20180902 28 Spirit of Orca 20180902 33Spirit of Orca 20180902 36Spirit of Orca 20180902 35Spirit of Orca 20180902 34 Spirit of Orca 20180902 37Spirit of Orca 20180902 41Spirit of Orca 20180902 40Spirit of Orca 20180902 39Spirit of Orca 20180902 38 Spirit of Orca 20180902 42Spirit of Orca 20180902 46Spirit of Orca 20180902 45Spirit of Orca 20180902 44Spirit of Orca 20180902 43[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
