By the time we left the dock, they were in Canadian waters.  They had made their way over near Sidney B.C. The T65A’s and T99’s Smokey Skies.

We went directly to them as they descended down into Saanich Inlet towards Victoria.

There are a couple decent pics of the calf. It would have been better without smoke. The smoke has been really bad this past couple of days and is messing with my camera sensor.

It was bad enough that you could not see from island to island. I definitely would not want to be out there without a chart plotter or radar and paper chart. It was just like being in a thick fog.

Bald Eagles were seen as were Harbor Seals and a few Mouflon Sheep.

I had a hard time taking pics with T65A’s and T99’s Smokey Skies.  The water was calm and a bit warm for my taste but I was still on the water which makes it a great day.
