J39 Mako, a 15-year-old male swam by.  In the distance we saw J16 I believe porpoising with a couple others. Earlier J16 was up off of the Fraizer River.

We saw a couple small pups staying close to mom. We also saw Bloody Bald Eagles that had pretty bloody heads from digging into something juicy.  A seal pup had been killed. I took a pic of one of the eagles who was feeding on it. Look at the blood crusted on his head.

I snapped a so-so shot of a pair of chicks in their nest.  They should be flying before too long.

I also saw a Stellar Sea Lion in the water and one hauled out on the rocks.

Pretty gruesome seeing the bloody bald eagles but this is nature.
