With gales and rough seas in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, we headed north. We ended up off of the Frasier River viewing a group of transient killer whales.
They put on a great show for us, very active with lots of tail slapping, breaching and spy hopping.
We also saw a pair of Harlequin Ducks, some Canada Geese, Stellar Sea Lions, Seals including one laying on a log in the middle of the strait, and a pair of Bald Eagles.
