It was clear near the harbor but then it quickly socked in again. We headed west where it was showing signs of clearing. I approached Victoria and it cleared up completely. We found ourselves many humpbacks east of Race Rocks
My guests saw about 10 humpbacks all around. I concentrated on viewing a group of three. One is known as Volta (with the big scoop in his dorsal). The other with the mostly white fluke is Manta. My guests saw Stellar Sea Lions, Seals and Bald Eagles but the fog prohibited good shots of them.
